Fourth Homecare service rated 'Good'!

Transform Homecare – North West Surrey, Mitchison Court has received an overall rating of ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC – the health and social care regulator).

Following the inspection at the end of August, the service was rated ‘Good’ on every domain (safe, caring, responsive, effective, well-led) and awarded an overall ‘Good’ rating for the service.

Helen Dickens, Compliance Support Officer at Transform Homecare said:

"Gary and the Team were really pleased with the outcome of the Inspection and the report was very complimentary.

It included comments such as: ‘Staff treated people with genuine affection and kindness’ and ‘People, relatives and staff were complimentary on the running of the service and felt that the management team were approachable. Staff felt they were listened to and were kept up to date with the latest care guidance and important information through weekly newsletters.'
