Friday 5 November marks the end of Trustees' Week, an annual event which celebrates the contribution of trustees across the charity sector.
To acknowledge this occasion in 2020 we released a series of written interviews with Ollie Smedley, Katie Wadey, and Chris Deacon – three of Transform's current trustees. They spoke in depth about their professional backgrounds, Transform's achievements during the Covid-19 pandemic, and some of the board's objectives for the year 2020/21.
This year, we interviewed Chris Deacon, Jane Bolton, and Natalia Kolotneva in three exclusive videos, which you can watch below. They shared their thoughts on a variety of topics, ranging from the passion and commitment demonstrated by Transform colleagues to the board's evolution throughout the years.
