Transform launches new client engagement strategy

We are excited to launch our new client engagement strategy which has been co-produced with those at the heart of our service delivery – our clients. The key aims for this strategy are to:

  • positively and effectively engage with clients so that their voices influence our decision making.

  • enable us to enhance and continually improve our services to make us better and more effective in what we deliver to meet client needs and aspirations.

  • continue to demonstrate to our regulators and commissioners that we are fully committed to client engagement according to best practice.

In co-producing the strategy we considered a range of factors including:

  • how this fits with our corporate strategy priorities.

  • the current operating environment we are working in.

  • expectations from our regulators and what best practice looks like.

We identified three key aspects of client engagement (see right) and then considered what actions we currently take to demonstrate each aspect of engagement as well as setting a two-year action plan to deliver against them.
