As Director of Corporate Services Simone is responsible for the management of our People team and our Digital and Information Services.
On the HR side, this involves recruiting and supporting Transform staff, leading team and individual development, promoting health and wellbeing and helping ensure diversity and inclusion is embedded across the organisation.
Simone is also responsible for ensuring that Transform's digital and technical function is aligned to the organisation's purpose of providing housing and support for clients.
At Transform our work matters and our people matter, too. There’s little Simone is more passionate about than creating the environment where people can reach their full potential.
Simone brings her expertise to Transform following her extensive experience working in HR in the public and not for profit sectors, including Jisc, English Heritage, and the NHS.
