As Head of Governance and Assurance, Mandy fulfils the role of Company Secretary and provides leadership in all governance activities, including board and committees as well as statutory and regulatory compliance. In addition Mandy leads on risk management, data protection and overseeing internal audit arrangements.
Mandy joined Transform in September 2021. She is a qualified chartered secretary and has 25 years’ experience working in housing governance, with eight years as Group Company Secretary.
Previously she held the role of Head of Service and was a key member of the senior management team contributing to the corporate management and leadership of a large social housing provider in the South West.
