We provide shared accommodation for asylum seekers
In the Sutton area we provide shared accommodation for eight young unaccompanied asylum seekers. Transform are responsible for the full range of landlord responsibilities, including signing residents up, and if eligible we are responsible for rent collection from the residents.
Transform work in close partnership with LBS Social Services, and Barnardos who oversee the support for this resident group to resolve any tenancy issues and to assist residents to maintain their accommodation.
