We are issuing this emergency appeal asking for you to help us support homeless, socially excluded and vulnerable people in Surrey and surrounding areas during the Covid-19 crisis.
Transform clients often don’t have a wide support network of family and friends to help them if they need to self-isolate. It’s also common for them to have other mental and physical health problems which put them more at risk during the coronavirus pandemic.

- healthcare items and medicine;
- additional hygiene and personal care products;
- technology support to help people stay connected with any friends or family.
