Transform Housing and Support were delighted to host a stall at Farnham’s Wellbeing and Sustainability Event, held at Gostrey Meadows on Sunday 17 May 2026 from 11am to 4pm.
Alongside many other organisations promoting wellbeing and sustainability within the community, Transform showcased and sold a range of handmade products created by the talented clients from our Farnham Gardening Club.
Colleague quote:
“ Very rewarding to watch our clients take pleasure seeing their handmade/homegrown items appreciated & purchased by members of the local community.”

The stall featured an impressive selection of handcrafted and recycled wooden items, including trellises, planters, insect boxes and bee hives, as well as handmade cards, worry worms, seedlings and much more. Visitors also enjoyed taking part in our “Find the Right House Key” game, which proved to be an absolute hit throughout the day.
The house game and the majority of the woodwork items were created by Kev, one of our Farnham client's, who worked extremely hard to produce the items to sell - BIG thank you to Kev!
The Farnham Gardening Club clients alone raised approximately £300 during the event, which is an amazing achievement. The funds raised will go directly back into the club to purchase additional materials, allowing clients to continue creating more wonderful items for future events.
Colleague quote:
“Our gardening club clients worked incredibly hard to produce these wonderful, high quality products, which were very well received by the public. The atmosphere at the event was fantastic, with lots of visitors and so many brilliant organisations hosting stalls. The highlight for me was hearing members of the public comment on how amazing the products were and seeing us sell out of insect boxes and bee hives - they were extremely popular! The woodworking skills were admired by everyone, seeing our clients beaming with pride was absolutely the best part of the day. It was a real boost to the wellbeing and mental health of the clients who also helped run the stall. A great event and a fantastic day all round.”
