We would like to thank the staff and customers of Waitrose & Partners for continuing to support the work of Transform Housing & Support across Surrey and Berkshire.
In 2019, to date, five branches, West Byfleet, Cobham, Surbiton, Wokingham and Woodley have contributed a total of £1,350 to help fund our local community projects.
Our work supports some of the most socially excluded and vulnerable groups in our communities, enabling them to live independent and fulfilling lives. We are dedicated to the prevention of homelessness and committed to providing homecare.
