A charity tea and cake sale has raised over £650 for Transform Housing & Support.
Transform’s volunteers served tea, coffee and homemade cakes for visitors to a Garden Open Day at Dunsborough Park on Saturday 13 June. Clients, staff, board members, supporters and friends of Transform baked cakes to support the event.
Around 200 people visited the garden during the open day, including the Mayor of Guildford Cllr Nikki Nelson-Smith and the High Sheriff of Surrey (and Transform Vice Chairman) Elizabeth Kennedy.
The money raised will support our work with homeless and vulnerable people across the Surrey area. This is the second year that Transform has participated in an open garden event at the venue.
