We are delighted to announce that Surrey Community Development Trust has now changed its name to Transform Housing and Support.
Our new name Transform Housing & Support has been chosen to be more memorable and explain clearly what we do:
- Transform reflects the benefit of our work – we help people to transform their lives
- Housing and Support explains what services we offer
The name change is an important part of our strategy. Our new name will make it easier to promote our organisation and explain why our work is worth supporting.
