School 'Hamper Project' worth over £2,800 transforms lives this Christmas

For the fourth year running, the students of Grade 11, and some from Grade 10, chose Transform to benefit from their annual ‘Hamper Project’.

A few weeks ago, we were asked to provide some ideas for what the students could donate to the Project. They have spent the last few weeks collecting huge amounts of tins and packets of food, personal hygiene products, hats, scarves and gloves, and cleaning products. We even had some children’s toys and clothes.

All in all the 1,418 items donated were worth over £2,800!

Carol and Theresa from Transform joined the Grade 10 and 11 assemblies on Wednesday 12 December to thank the students. The donations are now being distributed to our teams across Surrey.
