A sparkling London concert raises £347 for Transform

‘A Musical Cocktail’ at The Brandenburg Choral Festival, raised a fantastic £347 for Transform Housing & Support last week.

The concert took place on Friday 26 February at the exclusive Wellington Suite of the Grange Wellington Hotel. Female vocalist group, Papagena, treated attendees to a selection of ‘a capella’ works with wit, charm, and slick elegance.

Eleanor March, Communications and Fundraising Manager at Transform had this to say:

“We were extremely pleased to be selected as the charity partner of such a well-known event for the second year running. The money raised will allow us to give even more homeless and vulnerable people a second chance in life. It was a magical evening and the setting was stunning.

“I would like to thank everyone who attended this special concert in aid of Transform. We are also very grateful to the Brandenburg Choral Festival organisers and a special thank you to Papagena for their fantastic performance.”

Bob Porter, Artistic Director of Brandenburg Choral Festival, said:

“The Brandenburg Choral Festival is London's biggest and broadest celebration of all things choral. For the past two years, we have been helping to raise funds and awareness for some amazing causes. We are delighted that Transform has been one of our charity partners again this year. Their work with homeless and vulnerable people is extremely important and we are pleased that we were able to support them.”
