Transform appoints new Board members

Transform Housing & Support has appointed three new trustees to join its Board.

Jane Bolton, Chris Deacon and Lee Harris were appointed as trustees at the Transform Board meeting on 30 May 2013. Between them they bring a wealth of skills and experience, which will further strengthen our Board.

Jane Bolton

Jane has worked in social housing for over 30 years, specialising in housing management. She started her career in Brighton, moving to the Royal Borough of Kingston before becoming Head of Housing at Elmbridge Borough Council. Most recently she was Managing Director of Elmbridge Housing Trust. Jane has served as a school governor, a PTA chair, and has been a board member of Kingfisher and Mount Green Housing Associations. She is currently Chair of Pennyfarthing Building Services, a subsidiary of Sovereign.

Chris Deacon

After a senior management career in manufacturing and the IT services industry, Chris is now an independent business consultant and interim manager specialising in the business application of IT. He previously worked in a voluntary capacity for Business in the Community and is an active member of a number of community organisations in and around his home village of Churt, near Farnham.

Lee Harris

Lee Harris has over 25 years’ experience in local government working in both London and Essex. He has been Chief Executive of Crawley Borough Council since 2008. He is also a Non-Executive Director of the Gatwick Diamond Initiative Ltd. Lee has a strong background and interest in housing and welfare reform.
