Transform leaders meet Housing Minister

Transform Housing & Support Chief Executive, Paul Mitchell, and Director of Client Strategy & Delivery, Andrea Cannon, met with Dominic Raab MP, the Minister of State for Housing and Planning, on Friday 22 June 2018.

The purpose of meeting was to discuss the challenges that Transform faces in delivering services to those who are in need and explaining how Transform is seeking to meet the need, in partnership with local authorities.

The meeting was also a chance for Mr Raab to meet Lawrence Santcross, who will be joining Transform as the next Chief Executive following Paul’s retirement in August. As local MP for Esher and Walton, Mr Raab was shown around Transform’s project in Walton.

Dominic Raab MP said:

“Paul, Andrea and Lawrence gave me an update of the work Transform does in the area and across Surrey. I am hugely grateful for the work Paul has done over the years, and I am looking forward to working with Lawrence in the future.”

Paul Mitchell said:

“It was an excellent opportunity to discuss with Dominic directly the issues Transform is currently facing. We are very grateful for the keen Interest that Dominic shows for our work within his constituency.”

Transform is the largest provider of housing and support in Surrey and the surrounding areas. With 48 years’ experience, Transform helps more than 2,000 people each year to live independent and fulfilling lives.
