Transform retains Investors in People standard

Transform Housing & Support has been successfully reaccredited with the Investors in People standard.

Transform was first accredited with the Investors in People (IiP) standard in 2001 and has now held IiP accreditation for 10 years.

Launched in 1991, Investors in People is the UK's leading people management standard. Companies are assessed against the IiP framework, which covers areas such as business strategy, learning and development, and involvement and empowerment.

Paul Mitchell, Chief Executive of Transform, said:

“We are delighted to have been reaccredited with the Investors in People standard. Our people are at the heart of our organisation and staff wellbeing is extremely important to us. We are proud to have had our efforts in this area recognised by the Investors in People standard for the past 10 years.”
