Transform wins Housing Association of the Year Award!

We are incredibly proud to announce that Transform has won 'Housing Association of the Year' at the national 2025 Housing Executive Magazine Awards for social housing!

Four Transform colleagues were joined by a Client Forum and Client Engagement & Impact Committee member at the ceremony which was held at the Bolton Wanderers Football Stadium on 14 October.

The UK’s social housing sector took centre stage and hundreds of housing professionals gathered for the first-ever Housing Executive Awards dedicated to recognising excellence, innovation, and impact across the industry.

Hosted by broadcaster Andy Crane, the event brought together leading figures from housing associations, councils, developers, and innovators to celebrate the people and projects driving change in communities across the UK.

The night concluded with one of the most anticipated announcements – Housing Association of the Year – which Housing Executive Magazine awarded to Transform for our "exceptional work helping people overcome homelessness and rebuild their lives". The judges praised Transform’s resident engagement, sustainability focus and compassionate delivery particularly highlighting our emphasis on the client voice.

In response to the award, Head of Housing & Support Natalie Murphy said: “Transform clients come first and foremost and to be recognised with an award like this is phenomenal."

Client Forum and Client Engagement & Impact Committee member Simon added: "We’re a non-profit charity, and to have the positive difference we make be put under the spotlight is amazing.”

And finally, Head of External Affairs, Communications & Fundraising Anita Gupta summed up the evening:

“There were five of us at the ceremony but this award belongs to every single Transform colleague, as well as our trustees and partners. It's your dedication and support that enables clients to rebuild their lives and futures.”
